Welcome to our music studio! Please read the following policy carefully before booking. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• Advance Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online platform.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or on-site before the start of the booked session.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are permitted up to 1 hour before your scheduled session for a full refund or credit towards a future booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.

• Rescheduling:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the original booking without penalty.

3. Studio Gear and Equipment

• The following equipment is included in your booking:

  • Recording Gear: Computer, sound card, microphones.

  • Instruments: Electric guitar, MIDI keyboard.

  • DJ Equipment: XDJ-XZ, turntables.

• Additional equipment or services (e.g., technical assistance, extra instruments) may be available for an added fee.

4. Studio Conduct and Restrictions

• Respect for Equipment:

  • Please handle all equipment with care. Damages caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement fees.

• Cleanliness:

  • Ensure the studio is left clean and organized after use.

  • Food and drinks are allowed but must be kept away from the equipment.

  • No smoking, hard drugs, or alcohol are permitted on studio premises. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Noise Levels:

  • Keep sound levels at a reasonable volume, especially if others are present in adjacent spaces.

5. Liability and Damages

• The studio is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during your session.

• Clients will be held financially responsible for any damage to the studio or its equipment caused during their session.

6. Late Arrivals and Extended Sessions

• Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless additional time is available and paid for.

• Extensions:

  • Extensions are subject to availability and must be arranged and paid for in advance.

7. General Terms

• The studio reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if the client violates these policies or engages in inappropriate behavior.

• By booking, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this policy.
